A Client Services Representative is the main conduit to meeting our clients' needs. He/she will respond to inquiries, process orders, handle complaints and maintain accurate inventory records in accordance with the company and client specifications. Within the scope of the position responsibilities, the candidate will learn to apply the Company Business System to both continually improve and eliminate waste within business systems. These business processes will provide world-class service, meet corporate values and enhance satisfaction.

Essential Functions/Accountabilities
1. Cultivate a good working relationship with clients and respond to all inquires and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts and etc., in a courteous, efficient and professional manner. Report client feedback to management.
2. Accurately process inbound and outbound administration including reconciliation of information between internal and client systems, Identify and remedy any discrepancies efficiently and accurately.
3. Maintain metrics, records and reports as required to ensure inventory records and production order schedules are current and accurate.
4. Act as liaison between production personnel and clients to resolve problems as they occur and ensure that service standards are constantly being met and/or surpassed.
5. Prepare and maintain other records as required.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and proficiency in data entry.
3. Client Orientation – Ability to make decisions based upon past experience and to adjust proactively to potential issues before escalation.
4. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage deadlines.
5. Commitment to work within a cross-functional team.
6. Respect - extending dignity and respect to all team members at all levels.
7. Integrity - fostering trust and a positive work environment.
8. Bilingual in Spanish-English preferred.

Education: Minimum of Associate degree or equivalent is required.
Experience: Customer service, inventory control, or accounting experience preferred. Experience in a Lean manufacturing environment preferred.
